dr. ir. Steven Cappa
FounderSteven Cappa earned his PhD in Mechatronics and Precision Engineering in 2014 from the University of Leuven. In 2018, driven by his passion and vision, he founded INGENIQS.
He co-authored the book “Air Bearings: Theory, Design and Applications” and is a member of the Dutch Society for Precision Engineering (DSPE). His significant contributions to advancing EUV technology were acknowledged with a thank-you award from ASML in 2020. Additionally, Steven is the winner of the 2012 Euspen Challenge.
