2. CONCEPT & DESIGN
When all specifications are known, we start with a concept design and an initial component selection. After consultation with the customer, we will make a detailed design in CAD.
3. MODELING & ANALYSIS
Predictive numerical and FEM models will be made to calculate or simulate the performance. Calculations are made during the design phase to optimize the design and shorten the engineering process.
4. REALIZATION & VALIDATION
The designed system will be realized. Parts will be made by high-quality suppliers and then assembled and integrated in house. Finally, the system will be validated and tested by our engineers.
